With credits that include Red Nose Day, Sport Relief, Stand Up To Cancer for Channel 4, Movember, Celebrity Gogglebox for SU2C, Malaria No More, Ridley Scott Films, The United Nations, and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Dean works on projects and campaigns that raise literally millions of pounds and priceless awareness with the high profile supporters, creative consultancy and content creation he brings on board.

Rebecca Allen-Cavanagh - Talent Producer

Rebecca (Bex) has worked with celebrities and good causes for 18 years. Starting her career at Oxfam and then Comic Relief within their in-house Artist Liaison teams. She has produced talent for projects and campaigns for clients including Stand Up To Cancer, Samaritans, HOPE Not Hate, The Big Issue, and YouTube / International Rescue Committee’s Shorty Award winning #MoreThanARefugee campaign - as creator producer on five films with YouTubers across five countries.

Rebecca specialises in strategic and creative development of multi platform content that appeals to the talent and speaks to wide audiences. 

Heloise Gillingham - Artist Relations

Heloise started her career as an Associate Actor's Agent at PFD, a leading literary and talent agency, assisting the highly regarded actor's agent Ruth Young. Heloise helped to manage the careers of over 80 actors including James Corden, James McAvoy and the late Lauren Bacall. After this as part of Comic Relief’s Artist Liaison team she worked closely with the BBC to cast a Strictly Come Dancing Sport Relief special and coordinated celebrity visits to Comic Relief funded projects around the UK, As well as being a proud member of the SwiftDean team, Heloise is also Theatre503's Development Coordinator, an Olivier Award-winning theatre working with new writers in Battersea, London.
